What we collect

When you take part in a TimeFreeze Booth session, our cameras record a short video and still images of you. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to create your video.

How we use it

Your video is used only to create and deliver your time freeze video to you. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Videos are stored in a Google Drive account controlled by the booth operator. Anyone who has your QR code or video link can view the video, so please keep it private if you do not want others to see it.

Use of Google data

The booth software uses the Google Drive API only to create and manage the video files it uploads itself. It does not access, read or modify any other files in Google Drive.

How long we keep it

Online copies of videos are deleted within 15 days after the event.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your video earlier by emailing G2@gtwo-my.com with the file name and time shown on your QR ticket.
